Are you not satisfied? The item not fit or damaged? We want to help you be 100% satisfied with your order.  We accept all items unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise from our site in exchange for in store credit.  

Items not eligible for return:

  • Items marked "Sale" or "Final Sale'.
  • Items ending in .99 are FINAL SALE.
  • Accessories are FINAL SALE.
  • If items returned are not in original condition (defected), you will not receive in store credit and will be charged a shipping fee to your account in order to ship the item back to you.

What YOU are responsible for:

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of all returned items.

1. Make sure all items meet the criteria to return your item.

2. Include the order number and reason for return.
