Chelsea Top

What makes this top SO soft?!?  It’s the Hacci fabric! It is by far the softest material you will ever touch. It feels like fleece without being itchy! This top is lightweight and features a mock neck, with a ruffle at the sleeve. The sleeves also have a slit.  So many great details on our gray Chelsea Top! No it’s not too good to be true!
